Privacy Policy
XINGYU publishes Arrows Puzzle: Escape Out as a free mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the game processes, why it is used, and the choices available to players.
1. Information You Provide
The game does not require account registration and does not ask players to provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, payment information, or other directly identifying personal information.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to respond to your request, provide support, protect the game and our rights, or comply with legal obligations.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The game stores gameplay information locally on your device, including progress, level and mode state, hearts or similar game resources, settings, Daily Challenge state, and related preferences. This information is used to save your progress and provide the game's features.
Local game data is not uploaded by XINGYU as a saved player profile. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the game.
3. Analytics and Diagnostics
The game uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand general game performance, improve gameplay, measure feature reliability, and diagnose crashes.
Firebase Analytics may process:
- app interactions and gameplay events;
- game mode and level number;
- remaining hearts, elapsed play time, and aggregate counts of wrong moves, restarts, continues, failures, and completed levels;
- app version, platform, language, country or approximate region, device and operating-system information;
- app-instance, installation, and similar technical identifiers.
We do not send Firebase a player's name, email address, phone number, arrow identifiers, complete click sequence, message content, or other free-form user content. Advertising-ID collection and default ad-personalization signals are disabled for Firebase Analytics. Google AdMob may separately process advertising identifiers as described below.
Firebase Crashlytics may process crash reports, stack traces, timestamps, app version, device model, operating-system version, device state, memory or storage information, Firebase installation identifiers, Crashlytics installation identifiers, and session identifiers. This information is used to identify and fix technical problems.
Google processes this information on our behalf and may process it on infrastructure in countries other than the country where you live. See Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. The current game does not use app-open advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location;
- device and app identifiers, including an advertising identifier where available and permitted;
- advertisements shown and interactions with advertisements;
- app interactions and diagnostic information;
- device model, operating-system version, language, network information, and app version;
- consent choices and information needed for fraud prevention, security, measurement, frequency capping, and legal compliance.
Depending on your region, age eligibility, device settings, and consent choices, Google may show personalized or non-personalized advertisements. Where required, the game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request, store, and manage advertising consent choices. You can revisit available privacy choices through the game's privacy settings when that option is required and available.
You can control or reset your Android advertising identifier and certain advertising-personalization settings through your device or Google account settings. Restricting personalization does not necessarily remove advertisements; it may cause less personalized advertisements to be shown.

5. Purchases
The current release does not offer in-app purchases. If purchases are added in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy before that version is released.
6. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to provide and maintain the game; save local progress and preferences; understand aggregate feature usage; diagnose technical errors; request and manage advertising consent; display, measure, limit, and improve advertisements; prevent fraud and abuse; improve stability and usability; respond to requests; protect security; and comply with applicable law.
7. Sharing and Sale of Information
XINGYU does not sell personal information.
Technical, analytics, diagnostic, consent, and advertising information is processed by Google through Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google's consent services for the purposes described in this Policy. Google may use advertising information to provide, measure, secure, and personalize advertisements in accordance with your choices, device settings, Google's policies, and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect users and the public.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Firebase services transmit data using HTTPS. Local gameplay data is stored within the app's device storage and is subject to the security protections of your device and operating system. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game.
Firebase Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured for our Firebase project and Google's applicable terms. Firebase Crashlytics generally retains crash stack traces, associated identifiers, and related diagnostic data for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems, as described in Google's Firebase privacy documentation. Advertising, consent, and related technical information is retained by Google according to its policies and service-specific retention practices.
You may request deletion of information reasonably associated with you or your app installation by contacting xingyulai321@gmail.com. Because the game does not use accounts or collect direct identity information, we may be unable to identify a specific analytics, crash, or advertising record using only your name or email address. We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to process valid requests and explain any applicable limitation.
10. Children's Privacy
Arrows Puzzle: Escape Out is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact xingyulai321@gmail.com so that we can take appropriate action.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To submit a privacy request, contact xingyulai321@gmail.com.
You may remove locally stored game information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. Where required by applicable law, you can review or change available advertising consent choices through the privacy-options entry provided in the game.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, our data practices, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
